The Work We Take On
We work on the doors and openers themselves - torsion and extension springs, cables, rollers, tracks, hinges, and panel sections, plus opener repair and replacement. 01How old does a garage door have to be before it's not worth fixing?
It depends more on the part than the year. Most homes in our area were built between 1967 and 2013, with the median around 2005, so a lot of doors are 15 to 20 years old. A worn spring or roller is almost always worth fixing at that age; a door itself with rotted panels or a bent track from that era is usually a replacement conversation.
02Do you work outside Raleigh proper, like in Knightdale or Zebulon?

03Why do springs seem to break more when it gets cold?
